Transformation Category 
The Transformation category is designed for those who want to lose weight, transform their body and challenge their lifestyle. A personal trainer is not required to enter this category but is recommended to achieve optimum results.
Fitter, Faster, Stronger Category
Perfect for experienced challengers, or those that want to get Fitter, Faster and Stronger! Designed on a more 'functional' style of programming, Fitter, Faster, Stronger comprises a series of timed weekly workouts designed to teach you how to train harder and smarter. This challenge, we have broken the Fitter, Faster, Stronger category into two sub-categories - NOVICE or STANDARD. Both sub-categories will complete the same workout format, however the exercises and loads will vary based on their suitability. So now you can challenge yourself to being fitter, faster and stronger regardless of your fitness level! The support of a personal trainer is required to enter this category in order to guide, support and motivate you through each and every session over the 12 weeks.
